Admissions and Withdrawals

1. Admission form must be filled in with due care by the parent / guardian. Any changes in address, mobile numbers, etc., should be informed to the school in return duly signed by parent / guardian (changes would not be accepted over phone, SMS)

2. Original Transfer Certificate from previous school and proof of education of the child (photocopy of mark sheet / report card) should be submitted at the time of admission or before the academic year begins.

Note : In case of inter-state transfer, TC must be produced, duly countersigned by the Inspecting Officer / DEO with respect to schools affiliated to State Boards.

3. Students leaving the school in between the session shall have to pay the fees for the full Term. T.C. will be issued only after the dues are cleared.

4. Application for Transfer Certificate must be submitted on or before 1st February of the Academic Year.

5. The application for T.C received after new session begins in March shall be considered only on payment of 1st Term Fee.

6. Any misbehaviour / misconduct by the student / parent / guardian will lead to rustication of the student without any prior notice.

7. Leave of absence will only be granted on genuine reasons after obtaining prior permission from the Principal.

8. The 1st Instalment of the school fee shall have to be paid at the time of admission, 2nd Instalment on or before 1st August and 3rd Instalment on or before 1st December of every year.

9. After admission is confirmed, the fee and admission fee already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Fee Payemnt :

  • Parents must make the fee payment as per the schedule given.
  • Late fee might be charged in case of delay in payment of fees.

Note : Students should not bring fee amount in cash to school. The school is not responsible for the loss of money.
